BodyStrong.Co was built on the conceptual notion of ‘Strong’ and what that word means to us. It is here that our vision was born whereby we stand to create ‘Strong’ minds and ‘Strong’ bodies. In order to do this, we believe there needs to be balance, and a place that embraces that balance is key to one’s success. At BodyStrong.Co we believe that some days we sweat, others we stretch, recover and restore. We pride ourselves in tailoring exercises to individual's unique needs and we ensure our space is one of inclusiveness and encouragement. Our studios are spaces that are designed for all fitness levels where clients can be expected to be uplifted, energised and empowered.   Exercising in our thermo-controlled room allows the heat to loosen up your muscles quickly, allowing for deeper and safer stretching, which reduces the risk of injury. The heat helps to keep your heart rate elevated, adding a cardiovascular component to your workout in addition to strength and flexibility.

Our heated room promotes detoxification, by encouraging the body to sweat further as your pores open you can expect to leave our heated classes absolutely glowing.

When exercising in a heated room, it not only challenges your body physically but also mentally. The heated room ensures you centre your mind and breath, leading to better concentration, improved mental clarity and resilience.

  You don't have to be an athlete to experience the benefits of contrast therapy, cycling the body through hot and cold environments.  Hydrotherapy recovery is a technique that utilises the properties of water, such as temperature and pressure, to stimulate healing and cleanse toxins from the body.                                                                                                         Hot Water Therapy:

  1. Muscle Relaxation: Soaking in hot water, such as in a hot tub or warm bath, helps relax tense muscles. The heat improves blood circulation, which can relieve muscle soreness and promote healing.
